ABOUT AVO

AVO is a plant-based restaurant in oneC1ty, just west of downtown Nashville.

Everything here is plant-based, and the cooking starts with the vegetable itself and what it can do. The menu changes with the season, most of it is made in house from the sauces up, and a lot of the produce comes from farms around Nashville. Most of what we serve is gluten-free, and the kitchen is set up to handle celiac.

There's a full bar. Craft cocktails, organic and biodynamic wine, local beer, and the avocado margarita that's been here since the day AVO opened.

Twenty people work here. We partner with local organizations when we can, usually a night or a special where a share of what comes through the door goes to them.

We try to meet you where you are. Some of our guests are vegan. Plenty are here because a friend picked the place. Everybody gets the same welcome.

FRESH,
LOCAL FOOD.

We serve up the following dietary options:

Plant-based | Vegan: 100% of our menu excludes any animal products. No meat, dairy, fish, eggs, honey or anything that is derived from a living creature. What we do offer is a whole lot of tasty plants to keep you nourished!

Gluten-free: These types of menu options exclude ingredients like wheat, barley and rye and are denoted on our menu with the symbol (gf). We also have gluten-free bread available upon request and ask your server if you have any other questions.

At AVO, we source and select ingredients and vendors that fulfill our mission to serve high-quality eats and drinks to our guests. We especially enjoy investing in our relationships with independent businesses that share our values and pillars focused on locally sourced, sustainable, and ethical offerings.
